Applicants were asked to describe their dream job, explaining what they had done to try and achieve it so far. After the competition closing date in May, the ten GMCG colleges got together to select ten winners, one from each of the Greater Manchester areas.
We are delighted to announce that ten winners have now been selected across the GM region. These lucky youngsters will now receive the full support of their local GMCG college to place them in an Apprenticeship in their dream job. Once they enroll onto an Apprenticeship, the winners will also be given £250 to put towards costs associated with the job, such as travel, clothing or equipment.
The ten lucky winners are:
Chloe Broomhall, 18. Dream job: teaching assistant
Rebecca Cavanagh, 17. Dream job: working with disabled children
